My messenger is working, but when I go to IM someone it's not working right. After typing my message and sending it, it just disappears completely off my screen. The other person apparently gets them, but I can't see their messages either. Can I fix this, or is it just cause yahoo is f*cking up alot lately?

I'm not sure what's wrong but you might try to uninstall the program & then reinstall it.
Go to Start, then Control Panel. Click on Add/Remove Programs & scroll down until you see Y! Messenger. Click on Remove & once done, empty your Recycle Bin.
Then go & try to install the program again by downloading it once more.
I don't know it that will fix it or not, but it might & it's a good place to start.
EDIT: If you're sure you've not missed any hidden files, then your next step would be to run anti-spy & anti-virus scans. Once that's done, try it again.....possibly from another source.
If that isn't the problem, & if you don't have an incompatibility difficulty, then your best best would be to contact Yahoo Customer Service & email them about the difficulty. I'm sorry not to be of more help.

Just uninstall Yahoo messenger and start using aim.
