Just fill a brown envelope with money, drop it through the letter box of 10 Downing Street with your name and address enclosed of course, and no doubt depending on the contents of the envelope, Tony will get back to you with a variety of titles to choose from, then its simply a question of popping down to Saville Row to get measured up for your robes and Ermins.
