I am on parole and i had to go to this place called chestnut health systems for a assisment, and about 5 days ago i smoked a little bit of pot and today and yesterday i have been taking niacin and drinking lots of water, like my assisment was 10 o'clock this morning and from 7 i was drinking water, do you think ill be ok or what will happen to me?

The cheapest way I and many others around me have found is to buy a preservative called Certo in the canning aisle of your grocery store. Fast all morning and drink alot of water up to about 2 hours before having to give a U.A. The Certo should be purchased in the foil pack which is in a liquid/gel form. Cut open corner of packet and drink all contents and chase with plenty of water. I'm not going to lie to you man, the stuff is tart! Urinate twice before reaching lab/clinic and your third bladder release will be clear of any toxins. I take a multi-vitamin to give urine a yellow color but is not a violation of U.A., if anything it will help to cover over and give healthy urine sample.....sorry dude, just don't know about the niacin route! You are on parole, and you just admitted to violating federal drug laws while on parole.
Your question seems to be whether the steps you took to cover up your crime would be sufficient to avoid violating your parole.

it does not stay in your system that long - dont worry . It does not have a half life like narcotics like valium and percocet
