Ooh yeah... Got a great one...
There are 2 miners, Tom and Harry, working in a gold mine when the shaft they're in collapses. Tom gets caught under the rubble and his leg is trapped under a beam. Harry tries to free him but can't. So he goes to get help.
By the time Harry gets back with the ambulance rescue team Tom has passed out. Eventually they free him and rush him to hospital.
When he regains consciousness the following day Harry is sitting next to his bed looking ragged.
What's wrong? said Tom.
Mate they had to take off your leg, Harry says apologetically.
Tom starts screaming and flailing and the nurse has to give him a sedative. When he's calmed down, he looks at Harry and says "That's it. My life is over."
"Don't talk like that" says Harry encouragingly. "It's just your leg, it could have been worse".
"Worse?" yells Tom in despair. "How could it be worse? How can I work now? Who's going to want a 1 legged gold digger?"
"Well" says Harry, "Paul McCartney for one"

Heather McCartney is such a gold digger she can't stand on her own two feet.

Even if the woman is a gold-digger (not my opinion - I don't know her so I can't comment) I think it is shameful that people would take the p*ss out of her disability i.e. something she has no control over.
Personally, as someone with a disabled aunt, I think that is just disgusting - shame on you!
