What are you afraid of? Do you really think 30 is old? Seriously. I'm 29 and I've never felt more beautiful in my life. There is a certain dignity to growing old gracefully. It's not such a bad thing.

But there are things you can do to help keep a youthful glow. I use Vitamin E every night befor I go to bed. Expensive creams most of them are a waste. I mean why spend that much money if growing old scares you so much then just get some botox or Restilyn Injections. The thing bout any sort of surgery is. It's only going to last for so long. YOU can only fight mother Nature for so long befor you lose and she wins.

Eat foods that are high in Anti Oxidants. Try the new Pom-Wonderful juice it's great. Not to mention there are foods and what not to help reduce the signs of aging. Eating well is a good start. The old saying is to Start from the inside out right? Make sure your getting your daily dose of Fiber as well. Because you have to remember that if certain things arent' working on the regular then they can't help your body fight other things like well of course AGING.

Good luck.

Well, in the first place, the fact that you're even worrying about it is putting new lines on your face! You need to learn to relax, and not get upset about so many things. Frowning, laughing and crying all promote deeper lines.

Apart from that, making sure that you drink enough water to fully hydrate your skin every day (minimum 8 glasses) is a necessary start. Then using non-greasy cleansing and moisturizing products is essential to skin health as well.

And start using the products specially designed to minimize the look of wrinkles NOW. These actually mildly irritate the skin and encourage it to puff up with fluid, thereby "filling in" the wrinkles.

Of course, if it really bothers you, you could always get Botox injections.

I feel you sister. I'm the same way.
Eat a balanced diet, reduce your stress, exercise, no smoking, limit alcohol intake, drink lots of water, and good skin care (at home and professional facials).

Get Botox injections to get rid of and prevent future lines around your eyes. Get Collagen or Restylane injections for the lines around your mouth.

Don't go down without a fight!

Old at 30? You've got to be kidding! You must be living hard or something because I'm 35 and I don't have any of the problems that you are talking about.

Don't smoke, start taking care of your skin NOW, eat right, get enough sleep, take vitamins.

As a 52 year old male I would say that at the moment you don't really want to. Women look their best between 25 and 35. I have always found myself most likely to be attracted to (looking at) women your age.

However the simple honest answer to your question is Diet and exercise as well as getting enough sleep. I do mean diet as in proper eating habits not dieting. Also go easy on the makeup, the best look is to always look as if you are wearing little or no makeup.

just keep yourself healthy -- drink lots of water, stay away from terribly oily greasy foods, use SPF when youre out in the sun, and moisturize daily. unfortuneatly the process will happen regardless (trust me i feel ya, i'm 28 and have already noticed a few laugh lines around the eyes)

If you take good care of your skin (moisturize, limit sun exposure, wear sun screen, etc), eat right, exercise, don't smoke, and rarely drink, then you are doing all you can. The rest is genetics.

People always tell me I look 30. Of course, I'm 43 :-)
