Visit website of your phone producer such as Nokia or Motorolla SE.. or some forum,websites about cellphone software and looking for the software you need and download it. Transfer the installation files to your cellphone and install it.The installation is really easy .Just follow the instruction.
Another tip is full reset your phone, some default application are avaiable again even you have unintalled it before.

Depends on what it was. If you still have the email with the code you can reinstall it in most cases - or call customer support for the product and see what they recommend. You may be stuck re-purchasing but then again if you only recently purchased it (within 30 days) most providers will let you re-install. Good Luck!
