try using a small amount of white toothpaste with baking power, or just baking power and water. Not too much and wipe with a slightly abraisve pad, towel or toothbrush.

You might also want to try 3% hyrogen peroxide, this will clean organic material well from fabric.

It is easy just go to a shop that sell DB and ask the sales person for a special cleaning agent which can clean your purse maybe you can try macy's cause my wife use to buy hers' from that outlet. as i know quality purse such as dooney and bourke, coach if you bought them in a store they will be recommending you to buy this kind of agent that protects and clean your bag or you can email dooney and bourke by going to their website on how to care for your purse. good luck

You need to get a quality leather cleaner. I prefer "Saddle Soap". There are a lot of cleaners out there, but good old fashioned saddle soap is best, expecially if it is really dirty. It is like a very thick paste, just rub it on with a clean cloth and then buff it with another clean cloth or clean buffing brush. If that doesn't wok, you need to take it to a professional leather cleaner.
