I have a lorex time lapse VCR, do I use regular VHS tapes, what does it mean 40 hours real time!!!

Instead of 30 frames per second like regular video they take maybe one frame per second, or more or less depending on if you want better quality or longer time on the tape.

The end result is a jumpier picture, but long lasting tapes.

This is now old technology and most systems being put into use today use hard drives to record the data.
