Join a Yahoo Group. There are several of them out there and some of the group members really keep up to date on the WWE, TNA, and ECW, etc. I am a member of one called SmartMarks_4Life.

obsessedwithwrestling.com is the best place to go for wrestling information in general.
They don't just have information on WWE but they have info on TNA, indy wrestlers, & much more.
