There was a rule made by a King in biblical times that stated witnesses to a crime could not talk with other witnesses to corroborate their stories. Anyone know the name of the King or what rule that is?

Your question is extremely vague. But I think the king you are referring to is King Nebucunezer. Go to yahoo search and type in Holy Bible King James Version and you should find the verse and verses that relate to this.
