How do you set your computer up with a default mail carrier?

We have cox. high speed internet and it won't allow me to open certain pages like for instance to pay my bills it will let me bring up the page but it won't allow me to open any pages inside that page.

try going into your setting in your control panel and turn your firewall off...it's blocking them.

have you signed into your account?i went and signed into mine it wants you to sign into cox then sign in to pay bills section.have you?
