Honey it doesn't matter how good a make up artist you are or what not. MAKE up MOVES nothing you can do to stop it. It's from oils in the face and humidity and what not.

Couple a things to carry in your purse first a Q tip. Because re-applying powder all day will only lead to a heavy make up look. If your mascara smudges then use the Q tip to clean it up. Also although water proof products are great they also dry your lashes and are sometimes depending on the product hard to was off. Always carry Tissue in your purse because again re-applying powder anywhere on your face will just make you look like a Drag Queen. As cute as the Brat's dolls are they are not suppose to be the Colour Palet to your make up.

Subtle and natural is alway's good. Make sure your buying good products as well. Now remember by buying a good product I don't mean the most expensive because there are some very affordable products out there that last and are just as good as the more expensive products.

If you find your make up is moving alot also try using OIL absorbing Moisturizer. I used to use Vitamin E a rich moisturizer and I found that when I put my make up on it didn't last as long. But I've since switched to Garniers Oil Absorbing Moisturizer and my make up last my whole 8 hour shift at work now.

Good Luck.

Like the person said, cream eyeshadow is good, but in addition to letting it dry some also buy some eyeshadow powder that is similar in color (because exact matches are somtimes hard to find) and simply apply a thin layer of powder over the cream layer. Let that set for a tic, then voila! Your eyeshadow should last all day.
