i can see little particles in it, but they're not coming out. will this become a problem as stuff accumulates?

namesie i have heard that if u use a blower it will push the dirt further into ur computer i think a vacuum that is for items like computers is good-not too powerful though
also keep food and drink a foot away from computer and dont eat as you r on the puter. wipe the keys once in a while with a clean cloth with a little dampness on it or a clean damp paper towel lightly to wipe off dust and tiny particles-

Canned Air....Your Keys Will Eventually Start Sticking....And That's No Fun To Fix....

The easiest way is to go to Staples, insert nearest store of that type, and get a can of compressed air. Then blow out the keys.

Get a can of compressed air. Usually sold in electronic department of any store with keyboards, mouse pads, etc.

Just blow it...use a high power blower or something.

It shouldnt be a problem...by the time the keys jam from dirt, it'll be a good reason to get rid of a very old laptop.
