chicco explorer are brilliant, we bought because we couldnt get our bug buggy in the grandparents new susuki, (one of the smallest boots in the world), they are light, easy to push and small for folding into small cars. they also do it in lots of different colours, you can also get them for about half the normal price on ebay, off a seller who sells and updates daily, mine was delivered in 2 days, the company on ebay goes by the name of "dbnurserygoods", if this is of any use to you!

Maclarens are the best pushchairs and fold right up and go flat so are suitable from birth. The XT is the best one as it has adjustable handles. Everyone I know buys a baby travel system then ends up getting a Maclaren because they realise that they're just so easy to get into cars, onto buses, carry down stairs etc. They still take a load of shopping too!

You're probably going to want an umbrella stroller or something like it.

Gravo has a few stollers that are extreamly compact and yet still fit the car seat in them.

I had this one. http://www.mothercare.com/invt/la1072&bklist=icat,5,,shopushchairs,puspushchairsbybrand,pusmothercare

I had a Matiz at the time, and the boot on those are tiny. The handle on this buggy holds down to make it even smaller.

It is also very lightweight, but also strong.

Hope that helps.
