I moved out of state & there is a court order for child support & I've been getting it for years but I'm getting the run around from both states. They both say I have to go to the other. If anyone has had this problem please help?

You should contact the courts in both states to find out what the procedures and guidelines are.

Child Support can differ in many ways because every state does not treat it the same.

It sounds like you may need to file a "motion" to have the support order amount recalculated because the cost of living also varies from state to state too.

If you have children you should also ask what the process is for visitation.

If in doubt contact an attorney to find out what the legal implications are.

Hope all works out for you.....

Contact the attorney general in the state where the CS order was ordered.

Tell them what your problem is and then they should be able to get the interstate wage garnishment going on the ex.

You request a change of address from the location in which u get child support from. Mail a request with all the info on your case.
Your name, previous address, case #, x-spouse ss# and name and your childs ss# and name. Plus your current info.
Once they receive it they may change immediately, if not they send u documentation that u may need to get notorized to get payments sent to your current residence.

YOU PAY CHILD SUPPORT TO THE STATE WHERE CHILD SUPPORT WAS ISSUED.

IT'S UP TO THE ON WHO HAS CUSTODY TO MAKE SURE THEY KNOW WHERE TO LET THE COURTS KNOW THEIR LIVING. IT'S UP TO THE STATE WHERE YOU HAD YOUR SUPPORT FILED TO MAKE SURE IT GET'S TO THE ONE WHO'S TO RECEIVE IT TOO.
