My best advice: Go to a concert, and show up about 6 hours before they open the doors. It'll be a really long wait, but you may see one or two of them walking around or something. I met Sonny Moore of From First To Last that way. I was there a little more than 3 hours before they opened the doors.

I'm big into concerts and have met countless artists...a lot of them in a similar genre as panic. If they are playing in a somewhat small venue, a lot of times the band will come out after the show by the merchandise table and sign autographs. Sometimes you have to buy a CD or something, sometimes you just get in line. Your best bet is hanging around for a while after the show.

Get a hold of their manager. or buy backstage tickets to 1 of their concerts. Either way, it will cost u money. Unless ur niece has a disease or cancer, or something.
