If it worked to go down but wont come back up, before assuming it is a (expensive) window motor, try checking the switch/es.
Think about it, if it worked going down but not back up, the motor was working when current was going in one direction, it should work if you reverse the current.
In some cases a swift hit to the door will free a stuck or dragging motor. But before assuming it is a motor, check the switch.

I feel ya! 95 Camry with power windows. Get wet every time it rains! My window is stuck down in the door. Brother tried to fix it, but it is on a pulley system and there is no bypassing it! So i'm still riding in the wind! Good luck and let me know if you found an idea without replacing the whole motor. Maybe try a new switch. Maybe the relay switch is bad, mine is i know!

If the motor is running then it probably slipped off the track. You will need to remove the door panel from the inside and check the clips that hold it onto the track. If the clips are broken replace them and then put the door panel back on. Good luck!!

Try turning your car off and just leaving it for a little while- 1-2 hours. Sometimes it will start working again. I had an 01 grand am that did this. If it doesn't work, take it somewhere, maybe they can at least help you get your window up.

Sounds like your window motor. If you're mechanically inclined, you can buy one used at a salvage yard and install it yourself. If not, take it to a shop that is reputable.
Here's a good link for used parts, I use it all the time at work.
