Look you have entirely too many programs running at the same time along with just too many programs loaded on your machine. You need to go to add delete programs and remove all the programs that you really do not need. Then after you do this, reboot your machine. This should help solve what you are going through.

Try number 3 as it is the easiest and quickest way to improve speed.
1) Increase RAM (memory).
2) Increase free disk space (remove unneeded programs from hard drive, delete temp files and folders, switch to a larger hard drive, add a second hard drive)
3) Reduce the number of programs running in your system tray/at startup. You can do this by going to Start > Run > type "msconfig" > go to the StartUp tab and deselect everything except critical programs like your anti-virus.
4) Scan for/remove spyware/adware/malware.
Check out Advanced Windows Care, it will help with most of this automatically and it's free: http://www.iobit.com/

This method takes some time, but it might be worth it.
hit CTRL+ALT+Delete and click on the "task manager" then "processes" tab.
sort the list by "username" and see which processes are running under your name (not system or network).
Search online for the ones that you can't figure what they are from their name. They normally have everything and you can get a description of what they are. If you see a lot of spyware, then you can end the task, but next time you reboot, it will start it again. My advice is to remove software that you installed and it came with it.
Hope this helps!

You can reset tcp/ip:
if windows xp:
start
run
type the letters cmd(lowercase)
enter
type netsh
enter
type dump
enter
type exit
enter
type exit
enter
then restart your computer.

Go here and click on the Yellow Key: http://pcpitstop.com/
It will run a test on your computer and let you know what is slowing it down. The test is free and safe. You don't have to register, I just test anonymously all the time.
