For some reason we are getting alot of ads for some pretty vulgar things coming to our e-mail addresses. Is there some way to stop this from happening? One of them caused a virus to attack the computer and we had to get work done on it. We have had to stop letting our 7 year old daughter check the e-mail. She saw one and had alot of questions, thank God it wasn't one of the "real bad" ones. If anyone can help me out here I would be forever grateful.
Please tell me that there is a way to stop this. Or do we just
have to put up with it??? I hope not!!!

On most e-mail ads,there is a http address that says if you dont want to get e-mail from them, all you have to do is click onto it and you should be able to stop them.

if u dont recognize the sender of the email, dont even bother, just click on the box just above that says spam and u could also just delete ur email address and get another, good luck

find yourself a good anti spam package.. possibly use Mozilla thunderbird to download your mail. ( it has built in spam control )
Also you might want to setup a rule to DELETE any mail that comes in with attachments. ( 99.9% of the time its a virus )

I do not want my facebook to receive my new e-mail . but I would like my e-mail address from face booi to be added as contacts. but no address of mine to be released to facebook.
