Have a browser through your Windows "temp" folder. Unless you have specifically set you browser not to accept cookies from 3rd party sites, using cookies alone will NOT provide an accurate idea of what pages have been loaded

You can select view, toolbars, and history. But this assumes the person you are checking on isn't smart enough to cover his/her tracks. If they deleted the history you may be able to go into the internet caches directory and the files should have an associated source. Again assuming they didn't delete the temporary files and/or cookies. there are some "covert" programs available that log website outside of the browser that can help monitor even the most sneaky people.

On IE Go to the "Tools" then click on "Internet Options" Then under the Gerneral tab, there's "Temporary Internet Files"
open it and then slect "settings" form that propt slect View files.

Yes, just go to internet properties and search for the history, this will tell you exactley where the websites and all those accessed places are been held.

look at your cookies...it'll say the name of your computer with an @ sign and the name of the site. You can find this by exploring windows, finding your cookie file and opening it up.

Can also be found on your history folder, one click and there it all is. You can go i.e. tools, options, select how long for history to remain in file, click ok.. your done.
