I take English Language, English Literature and Law do you think these are good subjects for a Law Degree. I honestly love the subject.

Not a bad choice but maths would have been better.

Don't panic though, its no big problem.

What you need to do is concentrate on obtaining the highest possible grades you can and if possible try to get some holiday work in a solicitor's office or at the local citizen's advice bureau assisting their solicitors. This will look good on your personal statement when you apply to a university.

You must remember that competition for places on a law degree is very strong. Any vouluntary work in the legal sector will help a great deal.

I know that the top 6 unis in england now require you to sit the Law Apptitde Test, as well as having 3A's at A-level.

I think its wise to prep for this exam the best you can, and do things that might make you stand out from the crowd - remember, most that will apply will be expecting 3 As. You need to show what else you can do/
