First off a lap dance does not mean you will unload. If done properly you should be left wanting more. That way you will pay for another and another.
As for whether you should go or not, that depends on your significant other. If she wouldn't mind and you wish to go, then fly at it, however if you think she might object you can do one of three things,
1) Go and then suffer the consequences
2) Politely decline and go home to the woman you love
3) Go and then lie to her and hope she never finds out, otherwise you will have lost all credibility. Remember that if you choose this option, you are becoming the type of guy that everyone hates!
Personally I would rather go home to my significant other and get more action than a lap dance from some sleazy skank, that has propably had more guys unload on her (not in their pants) than you can possibly imagine.

I have news for you, buddy... you're friend is probably gay or bi and likes you quite a bit. I'm betting he wants to be in the room with you when you blow so he can watch you.
Your wife or girlfriend would need to approve, or you might as well be single, because it would appear that you don't care much about her feelings.
