I have tried going into the BIOS and disabling USB boot and everything else I could find about USB but no luck.

When you mean won't boot what is it doing.....

Also what type of device is in the usb port. A possibility is that you pluggin in a USB drive or hard drive and it's looking for an operating system.

Did you save the settings in the BIOS after disabling USB booting?

because your pc tries to boot off the flash drive.

perhaps you do not have enough power. usually USB devices take a good amount. befor you judge, try doing the same on another PC.
