I usually go sit at the park with my dogs and lay on a blanket looking at all the wildlife. If that doesn't work I usually workout, anything to get away from the stresses of life.

I truthfully have had melancholy for many of years now i'm only used to it. It took years of trial and blunder to locate the main suitable med and dosage. whilst issues have been incredibly undesirable I truthfully have rang lifeline, 24/7 if I truthfully have too. yet then I made the call to get out and be with buddies and family contributors, even nevertheless at situations it grew to become right into a brilliant attempt and you will do this too. You get up in the morning whether you do not experience like it, have an incredible bathe, positioned on your solid outfits and decide for it. Sitting listening to song is only keeping apart your self

I usually like to take a nap or listen to some cheerful music. Sometimes I come onton Yahoo!Answers and answer some questions. It makes me feel good to know that I might be helping others-- but don't worry I'm not depressed right now, just in the mood to answer questions

when im depressed, i usually write a poem or draw something that makes me smile, whether its a bunny or a cloud, its peaceful and it comes me down..
When im fed up, i ususallly get high and watch a funny movie with my girlies

find a song that makes you happy. it might be something completely random (mine is "move along", even though i want to scream every time i hear it on the radio). only listen to it when you really need it.
another way would be to write in a journal when you're really having a bad day or just to talk it out!

1. go for a nice long jog outdoors & breathe in the fresh air.
2. put the stereo up real loud & sing & dance around the livingroom.
