ask Neil Alden Armstrong or Buzz Eugene Aldrin

I agree with the above answer. Buzz Aldrin took Communion just after landing. Because of adverse publicity from people like Madalyn Murray O'Hair (a militant atheist of the time who was then involved in a legal battle with NASA over the reading from Genesis by the Apollo 8 crew), Buzz did not say what he was doing. Instead, here is what he said on the radio for all the world to hear,
"This is the LM pilot. I'd like to take this opportunity to ask every person listening in, whoever and wherever they may be, to pause for a moment and contemplate the events of the past few hours and to give thanks in his or her own way."

It wasn't widely reported, since it was a personal and private act, but Buzz Aldrin "consumed" a communion wafer shortly after landing at Tranquility Base.

Not sure if that qualifies as a "meal".

Wikipedia mentions it under "Apollo11"
