Have you tried using one of the many pre-wash stain removers there are available? You just rub them over the stain and then wash them as normal and they've always worked for me.
You seem to be a very messy eater though. I would invest in one of those Tommy Tippee baby bibs, you know the kind? With the little upturned edged at the bottom so you can eat the dropped bits as 'seconds'!

Dawn dishwashing detergent is great at removing grease stains from food. Apply directly to the spot and rub in. Wash in the hottest water possible for the fabric.

stretch it out over a bowl, and run boiling water over the grease stain...rub with a little dish soap...and repeat. Dish soap breaks up grease, as well as hot water. Hope this helps. And people need to be nicer.

Your best bet would be to take it to a professional cleaners. They would be able to get out the grease stain. I don't know if you want to spend money or not, but this is the best thing to do.

try rubbing the grease with bar soap before you wash the clothes, this always works for me. Sunlight detergent makes a bar soap, but anything will do, Ivory etc.

try Vanish spray, spray it onto the stain before washing the item, then you could also put some of that Oxy stuff in your machine too.
