speak English! and get to someone right in Texas. I googled them to death. All efforts lead back to automated systems and eventually to someone in India. Dell's setup appears to be untouchable. Their headquarters are in Round Rock, TX and Austin, TX.

I was able to get 512-338-4400 BUT THAT'S AUTOMATED, TOO! When I finally reached an English speaker, she refused to connect me after I gave her the names of some senior people I needed to talk with. FYI. Michael Dell is no longer actively in charge. Kevin Rollins is the Pres and CEO. I would like to get to his office OR to Ro Parra, V.P. in charge of Consumer Sales & Small business. Any ideas?

Thanks!!

I feel your pain, i ended up throwing the junk out with the rubbish.
Dell really need to work on their customer relations, instead of trying to push crappy computers into the market

don't know if this will work for Dell, but someone told me that the best way to get ahold of a human, or even one who speaks English, is to choose the Spanish option when the system answers - press 1 for Spanish, or whatever number it is, then when someone comes on the line ask if they speak English. That may keep you from getting routed to India - I know it's frustrating, it's happened to me too! Good luck!!
