Here is how I see the word "enough"
Life can be like a "glass filled with water",
sometimes it is half way full,
sometimes it is empty and
sometimes it is filled up, just "enough", to fulfill your life!
When the glass is overfilled , you got more than enough,
and problems can start to begin..........

I believe that Aristotle would say "enough" is relative to the individual. That is, the golden mean or the zone of what constitutes moderation depends on the nature of the individual under consideration. Hence, it is hard to answer the question "what constitutes enough" in the abstract. For it seems to depend on individual determinate circumstances.

Enough is with 'everything'. Because anything and everything even the most wished things like money, favourite dishes, etc... when obtained in abundance, at some point, we will feel...ENOUGH!

enough is when you can breathe and feel everything. enough is feeling the space between your elbows and the space between you and the person next to you. enough is when you feel enough of air and water and faces and hands. enough is admitting you are ready to pass. enough is knowing what a question is and what the answer in your mind is.

When it comes to stuff we enjoy, nothing, we're greedy little buggers and always want more. When it comes to bad stuff it can stop yesterday and it won't have been soon enough.
