1.) 9000/0.40 (this is a division question, fractions are divisions! The percentage is always the denominator)
2.) 90 000/ 4 (You must do this to divide; multiply top and bottom by same number so .40 will become a whole number)
3.) 90 000 into 4 = 22 500
