For an after dinner snack grab a handful of blueberries or some cantalope.

as far as strech marks, you are very young, and most the time you cant do anything about it.
they have lotion they make for preg-o's and you can get some creme that you can rub on the strech marks to help them.
not sure of the name, or whats in it, just that its made for pregneaut chicks, and you can get it anywhere (walmart, cvs)
