For example, I had shown my friend some origami figures, and she has been telling everyone she knew about them and that I made them.

Not really Gossip queen or know-it-all because she does it right in front of my face, with me knowing she's doing it. Another example would be if you showed a person something you drew very well, and they just want to share it with the world.

Should be "everyone she knew, about them". Just to clarify that it isnt "told everyone, she knew about them"

Sounds like someone focused on themselves in every situation: a Narcissist (spelling?).
Also could be Jabberjaw, loud mouth, attention whore, or the aforementioned "busybody".
