I think that only people who are happy - including me - will probably answer this question in either forum.

The most miserable time in my life was before I came out of the closet. Sure I still have my problems now, and I may not be truly happy, but I'm happier than I was before I came out. In fact the biggest obstacle to my happiness is bigots and homophobes.

I can never be 100% happy because they is always something I'm not satisfied with that I want to fix. But I'm mostly happy. I need that piece of unhappiness to keep getting better in different areas in my life.

I'm extremely happy at the minute. Then again, I just drank an entire bottle of Coke and two paracetamol, so what the hell. Be happy people!

Considering the circumstances, I guess I'm fairly happy. My life has definitely had its share of ups and downs, but I just got a job and I'm turning my grades around.

i don't think a person can ever be truely happy...because it's just the way us humans are. We're never have time to be grateful for what we have but we always seem to have time to yearn for other things or complain about what we don't have.
I'm not happy when i look at my life overall, but why not? It's just because we never seem to be satisifed. We are so damn good at complaining.
Think of all the poor people who have no money, hardly any food, go to sleep in the cold or drink contaminated water.
And what is our worry? When we buy a piece of clothing we nearly always seem to find a flaw in it or sometimes it's just not good enough..likle we can say but it;s not fair because so-and-so can have an armani jacket...
we look at others and compare ourselves with them and think how unfortunate we are because they seem to have everything and seem so happy..but why do we never compare ourself with poor people and be happy about what we actually have??
No one can be truely happy because it;s just the way we are...

people have to make their own happiness, everyone thinks it just comes to you and bamm your happy. No you have to wake up and work at it and i truly believe that when you work at what you want to make you happy then ultimately you become happy. I could not ask for anything more in my life I am happier than i could have ever imagined, but i had to work very hard at it and still do.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Lately the yesses are more than the nos, so that's a good thing. More importantly, are you happy? I hope you are. And if you are not, I hope you will be very soon. Cheers!
