I'm in the U.S but I've said the same thing for years! poor children being born to idiots, raised as idiots, to become adult idiots that working class people some how end up taking care of. cheers

I can see your logic but look at the danger this would present in reality. Who regulates this? Will certain races be allowed to breed while others are not? Will only the very rich be allowed to procreate. How about religion. Will one group be acceptable to breed while another is not? This sounds dangerously close to Nazi ideology. The government needs to stay out of the baby making business. Now with genetic manipulation available can you see the dangers of a government engineering there own "master race"?
