Study more and make her look a liar by getting a good grade next time...:D

If you truly feel you have received the grade because the teacher doesn't like you then you have two options. Talk to the teacher and ask her/him why you received the grade and what you can do to improve. If the teacher can't give you a clear answer then you can take it up with the principal. Or you can go straight to the principal and let her/him know that you feel as though you deserved a better grade, but felt uncomfortable confronting the teacher directly. Hopefully you will be able to solve the problem without it affecting the relationship with your other teachers negatively. Good Luck.

You'll have to prove that she's out to get you.

Now, I could assume that you earned your grade and that you are simply unhappy with your teacher. In that case, I wouldn't answer this question.

But, teachers are human with human flaws, and it's possible that your teacher indeed did not like you and could not maintain her objectivity. In that case, you'll need to call her on it.

Collect as much evidence as you can against her. If you and another classmate gave the exact same answers where you got a lower score, photocopy those answers. Show your papers to other teachers to see if you deserve those scores. The burden of proof lies on you.

Now, it may not help. I received a poor score on a paper because my teacher did not agree with what I was saying. I showed the paper to another teacher who agreed that the paper could have been an A- or B+. That didn't matter. The second teacher wasn't teaching my class; it was all about the teacher who didn't like my subject matter and my conclusion.

In the end, my grade for that paper never changed. My teacher's bigotry affected my final grade. I still graduated and went on to college. It never has bothered me since.

In life, people are faced with adversity. How you handle it determines how well you do in life. I accepted that my teacher just didn't like the topic, so I learned a little lesson on how you wins flies over with honey instead of vinegar. I never "got back" at him. If I did, I probably would have done worse in school.

Don't do anything to get back at her. Do you have any clue how many times we as parents hear, "I got a bad grade because the teacher does not like me". Maybe she doesn't and if the bad grades continue, then you and your parents meet with the teacher and principal of the school. More than likely she sees you just as one of her students, albeit one who either cannot keyboard or spell.

Ask to speak to her after class.
Ask her did you give me a bad grad because you dont like me?
If the answer is yes, go to the principal.
If it is a different reason, make sure the next semester you study overtime and get the grade you think you deserved.
Or, ask your parents to speak with the teacher, that always helps everyone understand what went wrong.
good luck

It is hard to prove a teacher gave you a bad grade due to her feelings for you. First be honest with yourself. If its your English teacher she might have had a point. (Look at your spelling and grammar in your question). If you can prove that your work was misgraded then you need to take it to the administration of your school. It is THEIR job , not YOURS to deal with unfair teachers.

Study well, graduate with honors, have a well-paying job. Then invite her for tea and crumpets.
