If you are really hungry eat both....if your not really hungry just have the salad...if you are just hungry have the pizza....shouldn't be a tough decision....lol

Both! Try a salad with a slice of pizza because salad is good and nutritious for you and pizza will fill you up and plus it is so yummy.

awoke Had glass o water Then a bowl of Kellogs Cocoa Crispix with finished cream milk ( ran out of Nutri Grain ) Had some jam drops and latte n pecan biscuits Then approximately lunch time I had not something Then I merely finished cooking up a bbq, had peppered steak, sausages, hamburger, onions n 3 salads pasta, potatoe n coleslaw And if I'v forgotten something I truthfully have and in all possibility will graze on distinctive rubbish ; chocolate, bread, salad, fruit, cheese, yoghurt, regardless of i've got faith is right on the time

Are you trying to gain weight or to lose it? If it doesn't matter, have one slice of pizza & the salad, unless you can eat two without hurting yourself.
