you can make myspace as clean as you wish, it all depends on you.
You dont need to post a photo but if you do have a photo of yourself make sure it is decent. I always use an old movie photo or cartoon for myself, and you can always punt anyone you dont wish to speak with.
Check out the ways you can block people and just remember it is all up to you...just like watching a tv show...shut the person off.
It is all up to you how clean you want your myspace room.
