I know this is a gross question.

My wife and I are trying to conceive our first baby, we are going to visit my grandparents out of state for 10 days around Thanksgiving. My wife figured out that she will be ovulating in the middle of our vacation. Should we not try to conceive this month (not have sex for the 10 day vacation), or should we try anyways while staying with my grandparents?

We are staying in their extra guest bedroom and it will be private, but I didn't know if it would be approriate to do this. We were kind of disappointed about waiting another month to conceive.

I think this is a logical question.

If you have privacy and can be discreet, I wouldn't wait!

It might be a little weird, certainly not a romantic mood setter of a room to be having sex in, but I still say go for it!

You are both adults... and married for crying out loud.. What is the big deal? As long as you guys are not banging out the floor boards and screaming to the high heavens I am sure it is okay.

As much as you would like to think otherwise, I am sure that your granny knows you have sex... She was young once too you know?

Go for it! Just be discreet..
And after all it may feel a bit "naughty" and make for some good sex.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it. You're married. Your grandparents must know you're having sex.

Come to think of it, they might be thrilled that you're trying so hard to get them a little great-grandchild. I wouldn't come out and announce it at the dinner table, but I think they would be happy if it does turn out that your wife conceives this month.

Good luck!

Go for it! My sister and her husband were in the middle of remodeling their home, staying at my parent's house in the guest bedroom and conceived their first child there.

I'm sure your grandparents won't even know and even if they conclude you were there on conception, they'll just be excited to have greatgrandkids! Don't hold back.

You never know how long it will take for you guys to conceive, so I say go for it. You are married adults. I would try to keep the noise down a bit though :) Good luck

As long as you are in the privacy of a guest room and your quiet about it, I don't see anything wrong with it. If you really feel uncomfortable about it. Tell them you want to go for a drive and then rent a hotel room for the day. It might be kind of fun to "sneak out" like that.

I have been in a sort of similar situation with my mother & father-in-law. Once they found out that we wouldn't push the twin beds together, they lughed at me and told me that "We were young once, too. We understand that it's like to be a young, newly married couple." If your Grandparents know that you want to start your family, they won't be put out if you have relations. Just don't make it obvious. Be respectful and they may never even know. who knows, that might just be the lucky one!

Best of luck!

Well look at it this way, you two are married, and you will be in your own room with privacy so I would say go for it! As long as you aren't doing anything extremly kinky and loud, they won't even know what's going on. Best of Luck! I hope this helps you.
