I ordered something once, and I was out when the courier arrived. There was a simple note against my door with my service order number on it and the location of one of their depot's in my town. I just went there with the paper, and picked my package up by myself. That's about it.

Be at home the first time you order after that send it to an address (neighbour, relatives etc) so you they can sign for it and you can collect. Couriers can be be a pain but usually after the first order they will deliver to where ever.

Credit card saled usually insiste that first orders get sent to the billing address, after that you choose.

The courier should leave a card for you to arrange redelivery.
