Remember that
(sin(theta))^2 + (cos(theta))^2 = 1

So,
(sin(theta))^2 + (1/5)^2 = 1
(sin(theta))^2 + 1/25 = 1
sin(theta))^2 = 24/25
sin(theta) = (+/- sqrt(24))/5 = (+/- 2sqrt(6))/5
