well yes it is cuz lots of girls are wearin it, about the sex part not sure though cuz i dont wear slutty clothes, but im sure that classy dressed girls get their freak on to, but overall girls love attention they love to dress slutty sexy revealing etc.. to get guys attention, for example like the girls in the pics, they dress slutty and its very empowering cuz im sure the sex is great cuz they gettin men left and right with what they wear, and the attention of guys is like woah! when they look at em so yes it can be.

It depends on the person. Its not the clothing that makes a person its their attitude and the way they carry themselves. I being a very girly girl do like attention but one should not be seen as a piece of meat. There are ways to look classy yet sexy, all one has to do is learn how to play up there features or assets. Classy draws more attention than slutty. As for my self I always dress up wear heals and skirts( knee long) more of a professional look and it gets me way more attention than short slutty clothing.

I think slutty clothes just say and make you feel like you need to dress a certain way to get people to like you, who only end up being interested in your appearance anyway.
I dress sporty, usually jeans and a hoodie, and I still get plenty of attention from guys. I definately am not a fan of the slutty look.

I like to dress e\sexy but not slutty. It dosent empower me,it makes me feel cheap and as though I NEED to wear a mini to be noticed. Im noticed in pj's with my hair in a knot. However,Sometimes I love to go out my husband looking a little slutty or w/o panties. Its exciting for us and the sex is great!

look friend ...all the girls love the attention that they draw from men ..and about the clothes u r talking about ...it does not give empowering for the girl...the loser girl use them because she has nothing to show her being except that way

No, I think they make you look like a hooker.
Nobody needs that kind of attention from men they pass on the street. Those types of clothes are actually demeaning, making it seem like women are only valued for their bodies.

See, the problem with this is:
Girls who do wear 'slutty' clothing- in my opinion are just asking for it!!!!
Like booty shorts, coochie cutters, see through shirt, or upside down cleveage, it makes me SICK when I see girls on in the news hollering RAPE, like those 2 'dancers' one said she was raped, just look how she acted in court- ..... what do you expect.?!
Here in Atlanta we used to have "FREAK NICK" and it was PURE SICKNING!
You would see the girls dancing off the back of trucks- in sexual mannors, showing their big behinds, and flipping the tops up- then they would cry rape when they indeed got grabbed at or touched..... look at the girls gone wild videos- they are asking for it, makes me sick- they are just so desparate to show their bodies! and screw anyone with a D**K- or maybe even another P***Y!
Think about this, the guys that wanna see all the trashy gals like this, sure they would SLEEP with them, BUT!!!! they would never wanna marry them, and you dont stay young and hot bodied forever- by the time these gals get about 35, or 40- they will have a nasty case of meat curtains, and probablly a very bad reputation, and all used up- WHO will wanna marry them?
women bring alot of crap on themselves! they wanna dress like a prostitute- but yet they want respect!?!?!?!?!? OH PLEASE!

sexy and slutty are two different things i like to dress sexy but not slutty and i do it for myself cuz i like it not to impress anybody
