How do I dismantle the CPU fan for replacement for a Dell Dimension 3100 PC? I can't find instructions!?

4 small phillips head screws hold it onto the top of the heatsink.
Unplug the leads to the fan from the motherboard and undo the screws. the fan will lift away.
Go to any computer shop and get a replacement. Less than Â£10.
