I left postive feedback but I may have to leave negative as my Item never arrived. Which is why I want it off.

Sorry the only way is that if you AND the seller both agree to remove and I will tell you, he won't agree! I know how you feel though it's easy to make that mistake iv'e done it twice (luckily the item was fine both) so don't feel like an Idiot. Your not

Go to the Ebay help section & in the search box put in the words "feedback and "error". Then go to the heading called "Can I have a feedback comment that someone left for me removed?"...scroll down the list which says "feedback may be removed if".....it will tell you all the circumstances when it is possible to ask Ebay for feedback to be removed by either buyer or seller.

After reading your reason for wanting to retract feedback I would doubt if this will be accepted as a good reason because it was left prematurely & technically not in error. Also "removing feedback by mutual consent" is not an option because the seller will not consent.
Please never leave feedback until you have received the item & have decided if you are satisfied.
