Detergent and nail brush will usually do the trick.
(The oils in your skin prevent a good bond to most glues for the majority of people). However don't overdo the scrubbing if its not coming off easily then paint thinner or other solvent. If that fails seek urgent medical help.

My advice is soak your fingers in just water soap will dry them out. The super glue will simply fall away.

Lots of bad answers here- nail polish remover will do the trick. Soap and water? Not on my planet. Alcohol- afraid not.

A Pumice Stone and some soap and water will do the trick but don;t rub too hard, I get it on my fingers all the time and that gets it off !

Try some nail polish remover or anything w/ acetone. I've done tht myself & the nail polish worked!! Good luck :o)

most super glue is not water proof so just use soap and water

Providing your fingers are not stuck together... just leave it alone. with your fingers natural perspiration and movement it will come off on its own.
