Which of these are the best foundation that stays on all day, and doesn't fade : N07 Stay Perfect, Rimmel Cool Matte... or L'Oreal Infallible? I don't have tons of money either!

out of those three i like the L'Oreal infallible. another good one for all day is Revlon Colorstay foundation....that one works the best for me for all day wear and it comes for dry skin and also oily combination skin for different complexions

It depends a lot on your skin type. It also depends on what conditions you are in during the day. You may find that you will have more than one foundation depending on the time of year, weather, and such.
Most Matte foundations contain less oils, which I prefer. The best thing is to apply a light loose powder over the foundation just to help in shine reduction.
*Keep in mind that your facial skin is extremely important to take care of, as you definitly realize this as you get older. Take good care of it now, even if it means spending ($) just a little more. : )

Try "Perfect Match" from AVON's new "Mark" Collection....for the "on the go" generation.......
even at my age, I found a perfect match, easy to apply, looks great, and travels well. Couldn't ask for more...and the prices are comparable (if not less than) their competitors. *L'Oreal is one of the most expensive, and AVON's product lines match them in performance and promise!!!!!
