I wouldn't give up. Make an appointment with an Orthopedic Doc that specializes in Sports Medicine. Someone should be able to help you!

Good luck!

Get a second opinion.

But I would ask how you have managed to have 2 ops and still haven't learned a lesson?

I have both rotator cuffs torn as a result of lifting heavy gear at work, have not had surgery and admittedly have not had a good night's sleep in 2 years as I cannot for the life of me sleep on my back.

You need to educate yourself as to which movements to make and which not. Every now and again mine start to heal - remember I have both shoulders affected - and then I do something stupid and make them worse again! I hasten to add that it is only slightly worse, and now I can raise my outstretched arms about 15 degs above horizontal, where before horizontal was the best I could manage.
