I am trying to find what the title of what this poster is called-- PLEASE HELP!

Siberia is right, but I would translate it as "To the fight for fuel and metal..."

For the struggle for fuel and metal
In 1933 (we will) produce:

I think it is: For the struggle for strength and power. but I am not sure.
