Is it correct that an Australian Newspaper plans to publish a new cartoon series on Prophet Mohammed?

I have received an email asking to vote against this publication (which I would) and was provided following link

Of course not, its not acceptable to do anything that might possibly offend muslims. It is only ok to offend every other religion or group of people in the world, but not muslims.

Islam is the religion of peace, and if you dont understand that, the muslims will have to come and kill you!

I have not heard anything about this. I know there was one newspaper that printed the last round of cartoons and it was not taken to kindly - not only by the muslims but the aussies. I guess that paper will be the only one stupid enough to print the new line of cartoons.
