I think they are using stunts. If you have watched Monster's Ball in which halle berry was seen ****** really? In the commentary it was a stunt that they used

Actually, there was a movie called Ken Park in which the characters do have sex for real. I haven't seen it but I have read about it. Also The Brown Bunny has an authentic oral sex scene in it. Chloe Sevigny was asked about this during an interview on TV when she was promoting her HBO show.
