Intuition is a byproduct of WISDOM. And yes you can improve your wisdom by always being open to learning and exploring.

Im really good at helping others but suck at helping myself. Helping others is something that comes from the soul. Just look inside your heart and you will see the part of you that can do wonders for others

YES I DO!!!!!!!!
Through.......mediation, reiki, and just an over all of understanding of myself and paying more attention to what is going on around me.....
