You can get this for $460

Sport-System; Lowering Kit; Incl. Sportline Extreme Performance Coil Springs/Pro-Dampers Performance Shocks; Front w/1.7 in. Drop; Rear w/1.7 in. Drop

You can get all kinds of things for under $500: K&N air filter system, upgrade the brakes with some slotted / drilled rotors and ceramic pads, you can get a performance chip, you could even do some exhaust work.

If its not turbo or super charger then don't wate your money on worthless parts. Are you gonna spend $200 for a intake that only makes 1-2 hp or $400 for a exhuast that is only good for waking up the neighbors i didn't think so. But if your determined to want more performance get Nos its cheap and easy hp gains.

I agree with Hawk996.

Start with your suspension.

Its much more important that getting an intake, header, or exhaust. Because lets face it, if you put on an intake/exhaust you will maybe get a 5-10hp increase at the most (and thats pushing it) but that's not enough to make a noticeable difference. Do the suspension first and worry about your engine mods later.

save your money.

if you must waste 500, then change your intake, either short ram or CAI, but shortram if done can be just as good as CAI. Headers would be ideal, but then you would have to do the whole catback and cat converter too eventually. when you start doing that you will guarantee to blow out or wear out your exhaust system quicker and will need to replace it soon.

Intake
Headers

do not start with anything but those three.(for performance wise)
